I just made some of the Pamela's brand waffles. They were very good... light and fluffy. Just this week, I ordered flour in bulk from Bob's Red Mill website. About 20 pounds worth of tapioca flour, sorghum flour, corn flour, and corn starch to make a blend for use as an "all-purpose" gluten-free flour. I used it to make some cookies that were excellent!! Let me know if you try any other products that are worth eating.
